You're able to purchase those stat upgrades now, if you would like to! First Stat Increase (1000) + Second Stat Increase (2000) is 3000 OM, totally affordable with the amount of starting OM you have.
What's the diameter of the beams?

Edit: And from what I can tell, that move isn't variable and should be 300 OM.
"The beams can be fired in bursts, up to a maximum of three beams in two seconds (One from each hand, and one from his his mouth), but Ghidorah must charge for one second per beam he intends to fire."
Change two to three and you're golden.
Edit2: AND! You have two ATK stat listings. Replace the last ATK:0 with TEC, please.
