Just one thing:
Does Steelguard completely protect him from all sides? If so you'll need the Area Shield Proficiency as well. Since you would be about 100 OM short, you could have it just protect the front - then when you earn that 100 OM with a few posts, you can pick up Area Shield and upgrade the Move by resubmitting it in the Move Approval thread.
