Lightning Release: Rasencannon (Tier-2 Offensive Super Move; Ranged Proficiency, 800 OM)

Through extensive training and practice, Kakashi has managed to successfully meld his signature technique, Raikiri, with the Rasengan, the hallmark of his former sensei. Taking a wide stance, Kakashi holds his right arm straight out in front of him and focuses on forming the base of the rasengan within his palm. As he does this, he clamps his left hand around his extended wrist, charging the limb with lightning-aligned chakra. After nearly ten seconds of intense focus, the surging electrical energy becomes visible upon his extended arm, crackling down the limb and around his fingers as they clamp around a newly-formed baseball-sized orb of chaotic, spiraling, lightning-aligned chakra. This lightning-charged rasengan roils with tumultuous energy as the normally smooth spiraling chakra is whipped into an unstable frenzy. As the technique reaches completion, the tremendous current engulfs his entire arm, forming a blinding wreath of electricity wrapping around the limb in tight coils as it reaches to just shy of his shoulder. Finally, using his mastery of the lightning nature transformation, Kakashi forces the energies to reverse down his limb all at once, firing the rudimentary ‘solenoid’ formed by the fingers gripping his wrist to launch the super-charged projectile forward. The sphere of plasma accelerates to the speed of a high-caliber rifle round for up to 100 meters, causing a shockwave as it races toward its target, leaving a trail reminiscent of a lightning bolt behind. On contact the blast detonates, causing massive damage along with a strong electromagnetic pulse that radiates 10 meters in all directions (just for ‘wow’ effect, no extra damage/effect). This technique is exceedingly draining, requiring several moments before he can effectively use other moves.
