Luci is a native of a psychedelic urban dreamscape called Udditi. The Udditi is a plane overlapping the real world that only certain individuals can perceive and exist in, like a radio station that someone can "tune in" to. The Udditi is a trading hub, attracting dreamers, meditating monks, aliens, demons, angels, wizards, drug users, ghosts, and personifications of abstract thought. In the Udditi there are salesmen and waitresses and gangsters and guitarists and saints, just like many other universes. Luci is a Vandal; a reality hacker.
Luci is a sentient painting that walked off her canvas into Udditi. She never met her creator, who spray-painted her on an alley wall, but she thinks she was imbued with some of the artist's spirit. She has a burning drive somewhere between creation and destruction that manifests itself in beautiful but useful Graffiti. She became active in Udditi 'politics', playing games of cat-and-mouse with paranoid Machiavellian absurdists. Luci always aligned herself with the cause of freedom, becoming something of a thorn in the side of the movers and shakers of Udditi. Her brazen disregard for authority was catching up with her.
She might have been lucky that Omni intervened when he did.
Luci was a criminal in Udditi, wanted for stealing state secrets, harboring a known fugitive, conspiracy to commit treason, burglary, trespassing, vandalism, shoplifting, arson, assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, inciting a riot, rioting, harassing a Headquarter Official, sexual assault on a Headquarters Official ("that strip search was consensual your honor!"), narcotics trafficking, and public indecency. She was running with a rough crowd. The Psychedelic Sunshine United Party is considered one of the most dangerous terrorist groups in Udditi, and Luci was one of their key operatives. Her ability to get in and get out of enemy territory quickly and without being seen gave the P.S.U.P. a distinct advantage of other Udditi factions, and they used that advantage to the fullest.
Her notoriety grew, and so did the notoriety of P.S.U.P. Headquarters (Udditi government) took several Sunshine operatives off the streets, Ripl the Water Nymph got abducted by Sirians (From the Sirius system, not Syria), and Luci's primary contact within P.S.U.P. disappeared without a trace. The day her contact vanished, she tried desperately to find out what was going on. After several tense phone calls from a secure phone booth, she established that a raid had crippled most of the Psychedelic Sunshine United Party, and the various factions in Udditi were hunting down remaining party members. She hung up the payphone, and cried a little.
At the moment Omni chose Luci, she was feeling very alone. [/spoiler]

Westside Coalition- A collection of five gangs located in Teir-5. Each gangs has a representative, and are allowed to cast one vote in gang decisions, including hits. These five representatives are known as the Westside Council. Many Westside gangs show affiliation with native-american type clothing choices or accessories. They are war with the Orc Mafia and the Hutt Mafia.

Westside Knife Ear Warriors
Leader- Luci
The gang- The Knife Ears are predominantly, but not completely, elves. Most are immigrants from Camelot who had difficulty adjusting to Coruscant society. They are known killers, drug dealers, and thieves, and are on the top of the Orc Mafia's hit list. They are currently keeping an uneasy peace between the (now five) Westside gangs, mostly by providing free criminal services. Originally called the Knife Ears, they joined members of another gang, The Warriors, and eventually joined the Westside Coalition. After the recent assassination of the former president, Moss Illidian, Luci is now the highest ranking member of the Westside Knife Ear Warriors.

An aging male Ewok, Chirpa has led the Westside Ewoks for six years, and was the original founder of the Westside Coalition. He is a mechanic, and runs several chop-shops in Teir-5 and Teir-6. Like many Westside
The gang- The Westside Ewoks once number 45 active members, but over hte years those numbers have dropped. Until recently, the gang had 14 active members. After a night of deadly raids form the orc Mafia, the Westside Ewoks are now comprised only of chirpa and his two brothers. The trio run a series of safehouses and smuggle gang members and contraband. They also are valued for their input to the Westside Council.

Mighty Westside Klingons
Leader- Koloth
An extremely large and dangerous alien, who united local Klingons in a violent war against the Orc Mafia. Koloth is a cold blooded killer with a calculating mind, who tolerates no weakness in his ranks.
The gang- The Mighty Westside Klingons are a predominantly, but not completely, Klingon gang in Teir-5. They are feared throughout Coruscant for their combat prowess. They are unusual for a street gang in that much of their income is from legitimate sources, such as bounty hunting and body-guarding. Their association with the criminal underground came as a result of the Klingons trying keep their neighborhoods free of crime, and were one of the original gangs that joined the Westside Coalition.

Leader- Dalia 'Weasel' Weasly
A teenage punk rocker, drug addict, and witch, Weasel took over the Hufflepunks street gang last year with the intent of protecting her burgeoning narcotics business. She is obnoxious and reckless, and a capably violent individual.
The gang- The Westside Hufflepunks are a motley collection of former Hogwarts alumni. Most are immigrants from Camelot, who were unprepared for the realities of drug addiction and crime in Coruscant. The Hufflepunks used to battle both the Slytherins and the Chuddly Cannon Fan Club until the Orc Mafia reduced their ranks and forced the remaining members to join the Hufflepunks. The Hufflepunks have recently joined the Westside Coalition, and are now known as the Westside Hufflepunks.

Westside Deathblades
Leader- Milton 'Shadow-Kill' Ortega
A ten-year-old orphan boy who just likes to play ninjas in the park with the local kids. This powerfull warrior dual-weilds a pair of overlong katanas, and ever since his violent playtime antics caught the attention of the underground, has been a hyper-vigilant defender of his neighborhood. His little sister, Princess Hellstab, is also recognized as a leader among the group.
The gang- a gang of ragamuffin orphans (and some kids with great family lives who just have a rambunctious spirit) with an interest in anime, who found that by stealing OM they could better act out their heroic playtime. As they stole more OM, they gained more powers allowing them to steal more OM, and thus a snowballing occurred, giving way to a group of very powerful young kids with flaming anime swords. They have joined the Westside Coalition in retaliation for the murder of a gang member by the Orc Mafia.

The cell- The Rebel cell is multicultural, containing aliens and cartoon characters from all walks of life. Their primary activities involve vandalism, hacking, robbery, assault, and arson. They make a point to stay connected to the criminal underground, and have found close allies in the Westside for years.

An immense blob of sociopathic matter, Palgo runs the Hutt Mafia with a slimy fist. She got her start as an assassin, before killing her way to a life of hedonism at the top of the Hutt criminal empire.
The gang- While the ranks of the Hutt Mafia are filled with many different species, the top places in the organization are reserved for Hutts. They value Wookies and Klingons as bodyguards.
