Just one thing that worries me about your character is the fact that you've mentioned Sexual assault/ violence, and I'm going to quote something from the rules on that subject.
history - looks good
Paint a Bomb - You don't need this part, "(sentient creature with enough OM to count as a Prim or Secondary)", otherwise it looks fine.
Paint a Door - Look fine, but just remember that it won't be an instant escape, walls aren't indestructible.
paint a Phoenix - looks good
just remember that without physical strength, your punches and kicks aren't going to be worth much.
Other than that, you're approved.
