History - is good, but you need to tell us what was happening at the point she was taken from her world (what situation she was in at the time).
Just to make sure, your character is the person in the painting come to life? Not the painting itself?
A note for all your moves - SPD seconds aren't a thing, you'll need to list actual time.
Paint a Bomb - what does this bomb look like? how large is it? How many can she paint at a time? Can this bomb be tripped by anything other than another person? How long do these bombs stick around for if no one walks into their range?
Paint a Rope - How long does it take to paint? How long is the rope when it is initially painted? what is the maximum range that the rope can extend? how long does it take the rope to extend to the maximum range? what is the minimum size that the rope can retract to?
Paint a Phoenix - how far can this phoenix travel before it explodes?
