Artefact Status

while we're on the topic of artefacts, how do we handle artifacts being held by non-active players? (both according to the rules and also the etiquette of the site)

To my knowledge the last time this was mentioned Omni said that they'd just be lost as long as the person holding them was gone, unless it's one of large importance.

The only one I can see fitting a large role currently would be Goku's Indigo Star Piece. Not sure how long Alex wants to wait for them to come back before working something out there, but I imagine it'll be tossed back into rotation at some point if they don't return.
