Yes. Pretty much - just make sure you're including that they can be used together in the move.
If Explody does the same thing every time, you're good. Say it makes the bullet explode in a 5ft radius. It's gotta do that every time. But, say the big bullets are more damaging than the small ones. The big + explody combo can still be more damaging than the small + explody combo.
But what you can't do is have something like, "the explody shots do X with normal bullets but Y with big bullets" and still keep the 900 OM price. (At least, I don't think you can.)
