You have 12 stats in all here! The starting amount is 10, without stat upgrades.
Bomb looks good, but you don't have the Area Attack Proficiency purchased. I wasn't sure what kind of area of effect you wanted for the bomb, since you included that proficiency in the requirements but don't actually have it. Could you clear that up?
Describe the Master Sword's appearance, how easily Toon Link can slash with it, and if it fatigues Toon Link to wield it. Can the spin attack be interrupted? Moves need drawbacks, remember!
If I'm understanding correctly, Triforce Slash is a more powerful version of an attack with the Master Sword. That move seems okay, but something might occur to me later on. In general, try to describe the attack as clearly as possible.
You might want to check that you're not over the 5000 OM limit once you've made these changes.
