just in case you were curious, Sage's supermoves involve him using the words of a book, so I was showing him attempting to counter, but not having the speed to (to justify my own choice to power-up early rather than block, IC) The Sage has a kind of pseudo-magic he uses with books, I just haven't used it enough for him to rely on it yet. (its not something from his home universe.)

Well fought Hiro, Hopefully we can collab or something in the future, I really enjoyed writing with/against you! I'm in the middle of finals right now, but I should be able to smash out a post of some kind this weekend.

While the Sage doesn't like to fight without consquences, I don't know that he would finish you off if you were down, (certainly not with the police right there. maybe he'll try to frame you? idk) so you should be able to get to Darkshire without delay. I want to send Skeletor once finals are over, but I'm worried that'll be too late...
