Lighting his horn with magic for about 7 seconds, King Sombra will charge up a blast of magic that will create a storm cloud above the battlefield. This storm cloud can only do one thing, and that's fire a single bolt of electricity. This electrical attack if it connects will mess up the person's ability of movement similar to a tazer for about 5 seconds. After this the move needs to cool down for about 15 seconds. Unfortunately this move drains a fair amount of his energy. It can be used with other moves though. It homes in an opponent for 30 feet with a max range of 45 feet. The homin will also stop after 20 seconds however.
