If the changes are purely aesthetic/have no effect on the power or function of the move, such as color changes, you could include it in your move's description as applying only to a specific Alternate Form.
This doesn't mean that a broadsword can inexplicably become a sabre without adding on an extra 300 OM to its cost. If they would logically be wielded differently, they would either require a separate move or they would make one move variable (and thus priced higher), if that makes sense.
