Kidding, but no really, I feel like if it was written the right way, you could BREATHE the necessary character and intelligence into this creature to create a pretty damn good villain. Pop shape shifting on that beastie and he could defs cause some havoc in populated npc villages. If such a thing were to be allowed, of course.
