"So I had learned" replied Revan surprised that Sombra had been even more powerful before arriving in this strange world
Sombra then spoke to the Troll and he had to admit the words that were said made sense he was proud of his new found ally that was for sure.
The Troll did not reply however and as it charged he thought that Sombra's rage might get the better of him as the two of them finally clashed.
Sombra then seemingly asked him for help though he was still amazed that Sombra had as much power as he did which made him wonder how much power he could gain in this world and if it actually mattered.
He brought up his sword and charged in slicing the beast in the back with his blade sending the creatures blood into the air.
The Troll turned angrily to face the swordsman that had attacked him which was quite a terrifying sight to behold the creatures face was clearly full of hatred.
Revan wasted no time as he swung his sword again only this time it was blocked by the creatures own weapon.
The Troll grabbed him with its other hand and threw him to the ground as pain filled him from being slammed into the icey stone ground.
He quickly got to his feet again shaking off the pain as he realized this Troll was going to be tougher then he first seemed.
"I have had enough of you Trolls" said Revan bringing up his sword and running at the Troll again.
The sound of metal clashing against metal was loud as Revan brought his sword into contact with the weapon of the Troll in front of him.
He moved his sword breaking the clash and elbowed the Troll in the chest before swinging his sword around and stabbing it deep into the Trolls body.
After removing the sword the Trolls stumbled back and Revan hoped Sombra would take a few more swings at it.
The battle was far form over as it seemed the Troll still had some fight in it as it brought up the sword and clashed with Revan once again.
He was having none of it however and the two began to duel evenly for a few moments with each blocking swings until Revan hit the creature in the thigh causing it to go into a limp.
The creature soon tumbled down onto one leg but it continued to hold off Revan's attacks all the same as he continued to attempt to tire out the large powerful creature.
Eventually finally the Trolls grasp of its weapon failed as the beasts weapon collapsed to the ground with a large clang.
Revan brought up his sword intent on finishing the final blow but ceased when he realized the creature was already defeated in spirit.
Revan lowered his sword intent now on getting what he wanted including perhaps some more answers that could prove useful to them.
He looked at the other Trolls as they backed off slightly in fear yet their curiosity got the better of them as they stayed to watch their fallen leader.
The creature on the floor continued to grasp its leg in pain and shame humiliated by its defeat at the hands of the primes.
Revan cared little right now for the creatures suffering as he began to speak to demand his terms.
"You heard my companion earlier we want free passage and if you attack us again we will not be so merciful to any of you" said Revan letting the smaller Trolls know this applied to them as well
"I will grant you free passage my brethren will not attack you again" replied the Troll seemingly sincere
"Make sure that you keep your word" said Revan sheathing his weapon
The Troll was beaten and Revan had listened to the words that Sombra spoke of and while he knew this land held more secrets he agreed neither of them was truly prepared.
It was then decided at least in his head that he would return here later when he was far more powerful and find the remaining secrets that were held here.
"Leave the Troll Sombra and let us journey on I am certain there is far more to see" he said and as he looked up he saw what appeared to be a second gate in the far distance
"That is where we shall go" he said deciding it was time to leave the frozen wasteland for now until they were indeed more prepared
The Trolls had let them go freely atleast for now though Revan knew they wanted nothing more then to tear them apart.
He wondered if Sombra truly wanted to split up after all it was obvious they were quite safer together though he would accept Sombra's wishes regardless of what they were.
"I apologize for the trouble I got us into" said Revan knowing that the last battle had been tough on both of them and both needed time to rest
"If you still wish to leave you may but I do believe we fight well together" said Revan having enjoyed the company Sombra had provided in his short time here
The path to the second gate was seemingly going to be almost as long as the journey had been at the beginning of his adventure though Revan had no desire to camp out in the snow.
He had learned a bit more about the surrounding land thus the next time he returned he would be more prepared yet there was many more gates in the place that he had awokened in.
He needed to explore more of this Omniverse and if he had to do it alone so be it though he would have preferred Sombra remained with him.
He heard a strange sound in the nearby distance however and for a moment he wondered if it had been another horn from one of the Trolls though as he climbed up a rock he saw a rather interesting sight.
Their was a cold but flowing stream and a number of plants down below in the snow and what looked like animals though none he truly recognized as being from his own world.
A moment later he realized where the sound had come from as a large furry elephant stepped into view with its trunk high in the air.
More of these creatures came into view with what next appeared seemingly large two legged creatures that were surprisingly even larger then the Trolls.
It seemed this place despite the constant warring of the Dwarves and Trolls was still a successful ecosystem and Revan was certain he would return to study it more closely in later days.
After a long journey they finally had arrived at the large stone gate covered in snow once again it seemed very different to the other one they had entered from however.
Revan turned to Sombra allowing the dark pony one final goodbye if they were truly to part ways from each other.
"I suppose this is going to be our final destination together for some time once we enter this gate you will be free to travel on your own once again" said Revan giving Sombra a small honoured bow
"Stay well my friend I hope you find what you are looking for in this strange world" Revan turned to look back at the gate wondering where it would take him next after all he knew every place would probably have its own danger
He waited to see if Sombra would change his mind and stay or go on through the gate alone either way he had decided he would not judge the strange pony.
The sun warmed the air and the freezing ground and it was somewhat sad he had to leave just as he had gotten used to the strange land he had found himself in.
Sombra then spoke to the Troll and he had to admit the words that were said made sense he was proud of his new found ally that was for sure.
