Appearance: Kate is an athletic young woman who is frequently outdoors, and as a result tanned all over. She has blonde hair past her shoulders, which she ties up in various ways if she doesn’t simply let it flow loose. She prefers light clothing that’s easy to move around in and doesn’t let her heat up too terribly much when on a boat.
Relationships: Co-worker and trainee of Jack Jensen on the police side of things.

History: Kate was summoned to Costa Del Sol by an unknown prime, where she enjoyed a predicable life fishing in the daylight and partying in the night for some time. She was impressed by the power and authority that the Stormtroopers and the Navy held around the island. Though she envied them, she couldn’t bear to leave the Vasty Deep, as she enjoyed the ocean too much. Instead of journeying to Coruscant to join the Empire, she instead searched the Vasty Deep for a smaller community to serve a similar purpose in. She came upon Windfall Island, where she could follow her desire to serve and protect as a member of the small police force, while also continuing to utilize her talents as a fisherman for both her own enjoyment and the betterment of the community.
Possessions: Kate owns a small house near the docks of Paradise Bay. It is a small one bedroom, one bathroom house which is mostly used to store her various tools. She has numerous fishing rods, tackle, cast nets, and other equipment used when at sea. She does not own her own boat, yet, instead borrowing a village owned one for fishing while she saves up for her own personal one.
Powers & Abilities: Kate is a fresh(ish) secondary. She is extremely sociable, but not used to the Omniverse yet, which causes many disadvantages. She is, however, a very skilled fisherman, which is her main contribution to the society.
