History: Was on a boat, serving the sailors, when the boat crashed in a major storm. Through some luck, he washed up on the shore a month ago.

Powers & Abilities: He does have fire creation and manipulation, though this does take it's toll on him, and he still isn't okay for combat. He instead uses these extraordinary powers...To work as a cook at his food stand. (Yeah.)
