A Clean Glass
#1
The bartender shined the reflective glass of the cup he held in his hand. Though it was all he semed to do, there was so much more he could do beyond it. He was trained in unarmed combat, much like any well trained server in his day, ready to lay waste to any miscreants on the property. He was unsure about the new owner at first, being obviously a thief, but clearly the thief had his own respect for property and entristed the bartender with it.

Since the incident when the owner changed hands, customers dwindled, but some have already started coming back, entranced by its new look. The Bartender had to admit he appreciated it. Since Master Demetri had left, a few of the customers had come in and the bartender, having always a keen eye, had managed to recruit a well known local rhief or two into the guild. He continued his work, taking care of the establishment and keeping an eye out for trouble. He had also recieved a message on his pocket watch about a Prime that would come in for access to the uplink device in the cellar. He wondered when he would arrive here. Ozryn was quite a small city.
All warfare is based on deception.
