Illusionary Electro Swing (900) (Ranged, Area Attack, Area Shield, Remote Control, Phasing)

Ian, after taking five seconds to gather the necessary energy, summons up to a maximum of 10 blades (based on his TEC stat where 1 point in TEC = 1 blade). These blades look like [provide description of the actual blades here]. Ian controls these blades using telekinesis and can move them around at a maximum speed of [insert maximum speed here] and their maximum distance is 30 feet in diameter around himself. Ian can move around while utilising his blades but only at a walking pace, fighting with these blades takes a lot of his concentration. If a blade happens to extend too far (past it's limit), it will disappear. If a blade is destroyed Ian can re-summon it. It takes one second to re-summon a blade.

Alternatively, Ian can summon up to a maximum of five, 3ft x 3ft ,cubes (based on his TEC stat where 2 pints in TEC = 1 Cube). These cubes look like [provide description of the actual cubes here]. Ian controls the use of these cubes using telekinesis and can move them at a speed of 5 feet per second. These cubes are only solid while they are completely still, moving these cubes around renders them partially transparent and incorporeal. Additionally, these cubes will not become solid while partially inside something (They will not become solid inside of a person/ object). Ian can stack these on top of each other to create a shield capable of protecting his whole body, though sufficient damage will destroy them, or a platform that he can walk on. If a cube is destroyed, Ian can re-summon it. Re-summoning a cube takes two seconds. Ian can move around while utilising his cubes but only at a walking pace.

Note: You'll need phasing and Area Defense before being able to use the Cubes.

Price 900 - The variability in the amount of blades/ Cubes that can be summoned + the variability in the item that is summoned were added on to the base price of the move itself.

Added Area defense and Phasing - Area defense because, to cover your whole body, you'd need it, and phasing because I decided the cubes would need it.

I've left a couple of areas for you to fill in. This is ALL the help I will give you. From here on out, you'll need to learn on your own. Staff will deny any moves they cannot understand and I am only being lenient this time because I want you to get approved and learn fast.

Just remember to be concise with your move descriptions. You know what the move is supposed to do and look like, so you should convey that appropriately. You write move descriptions so that others can picture it and describe it in their writing. If we can't understand it on a basic level, at first glance, then we'll deny it and get you to re-write it.
