The only issue I see is that your "Power" does not exist within our rules. Instead, it will be represented by a series of Moves. Such as:

Magneto-dagger: (600 om) utilizing magnetic waves, Julie can hurl daggers at her foes. These travel approximately as quickly as she could throw them by hand. She can hurl them individually or in groups up to 6.

Or some such.
