Character name: Kevin Striker
Character source: Based off the protagonist of SF 2010: The Final Fight. He is neither Ken Masters nor Kevin Straker, rather his story combines a bit of both characters'.
Character history: In Kevin's home universe, technology is very advanced, societies not so much. Things like a military force are still necessary, albeit to protect people from extraordinary threats such as mutants and aliens. Kevin was one such military cyborg who battled against those threats utilizing a custom-made suit deviced by his brilliant friend Troy, who was murdered following an attack on Earth by alien terrorists.
In his attempt to bring those who killed his friend to justice, Kevin battled through alien worlds and eventually ended up facing Troy himself, who was not only alive but also mad with megalomania. In fact, his death had been orchestated so that Kevin would not be at Earth to protect it when Troy's forces launched their attack. Feeling betrayed but still determined, Kevin defeated the now mutant Troy and immediately returned home to help fend off Troy's alien armada.
The war lasted for a month, Earth's military battered but victorious. Without Troy's leadership, the aliens were little more than a rampaging horde. Even so, several major cities suffered severe damage and Kevin himself was seemingly slain when he battled the horde's elite. They say heroes die young...
...Or so they say. When Kevin wakes up, he is not on planet Earth anymore. He is in the Omniverse.
Physical Description: With 180 cm tall, and around 160 kg of weight, Kevin is more than fit for his military duties. He is fond of his military gear and as he is often in strange locations, it is rare to see him without his custom-made suit. The helmet seems to be missing, which exposes his head, allowing people to see his blond hair and caucasian skin tone. One of his eyes is cybernetic, which can be discerned even through his sunglasses.

Energy Bullet (requires Physical Strength) – 300 OM
Kevin's basic attack is an energy bullet that seems to come from his fists or arms. He takes as long to throw each one as he would to punch someone, and the bullets exact as much of a toll on him as a regular punch would. They can also be dodged as easily - if Kevin would not land a punch on you, neither he would an energy bullet. Slightly larger than a fist, moves as quickly as a regular punch would. Each bullet has a range of three feet (or almost one meter), basically just empowering his regular melee attacks.
Heavy Strike (requires Physical Strength, Range Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency) – 900 OM
Sacrificing mobility, Kevin puts extra strength to throw the equivalent of a heavy punch in a swinging motion - and exposing himself to the same weaknesses a regular heavy throw causes on a boxer. Takes as long to charge as a regular heavy fist attack, power is more in the swing than in the build up of energy. It is more draining than a regular fist however as his entire body provides momentum for the attack. They move as quickly as a regular attack. Unless blocked by anything, it goes on to hit multiple enemies in a row (not just the first target, although subsequent targets get hurt less and less).
Mid-Air Shot (requires Physical Strength, Range Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency) - 0 OM
Should at any moment Kevin find himself on the air rather than ground, he is capable of throwing a single energy bullet in a certain direction - usually his front, although he can also throw it below or above him if his position permits. This bullet is at first a regular energy bullet, then grows to become a weaker Heavy Strike as Kevin grows in power, but it never changes direction regardless of Kevin's total strength, and is also more tiring as he is effectively performing a punch mid-jump or mid-air or if for example if his feet are frozen in place he cannot really swing or punch as freely as he otherwise would.
