Floaty Thing - I think this can just be a fluff thing.
Bubble - I've gone over this and it seems really solid, I'd say that it'd cost about 1200 OM
Rose's Shield - Also solid, will also cost 1200 OM
Healing Spit - 300 OM
Strong (In a Real Way) - "In effect, this gives them 1 Point to place into a Stat of their choice or 2 points to place into their HP. This effect immediately reverses as soon as Steven stops hyping them up, and while Steven is doing this he cannot use any other Move (though he can still utilize Assists and Super Moves). It also does not affect Steven himself."
You can't do any of that without spending SP and, even then, it's 1 SP per 1 stat point being increased.
Cheeseburger Backpack - This is fine as a fluff thing. Since it's not going to be a benefit in battle.
