As Chara entered the Nexus she saw the usual primes, bucket heads and more and that is when flowey popped up right next to chara and asked if something was wrong "no I have a question for you flowey, do you want a soul for a while till we get you one?" Flowey looked at her and nodded while saying yes lets do it and Chara held her broken soul and handed it to Flowey morphing them both into a monster.
Chara was basically the same at this point except that there were bright red thorns on her arms and her hair had changed into the yellow of flowey's petals they had equal control though Flowey let Chara control this new form. they both smiled at the same time; even though it had been years since they had been fused together and it felt great!
"Chara now what we still need souls to become a GOD, we both know what we should do, right buddy?" Chara nodded and thought to Flowey "We need to show everyone the real meaning of this world because as you know very well IT'S KILL OR BE KILLED" and she gave one last look before getting on to Determination and riding off to a gate somewhere and to someplace where ever that may be.
