This is one of the grey area topics which will probably change depending on who is judging the fight. Personally, if you wanna protect more than 1 person, I'd require you have a Super Defense that uses Area Defense Proficiency. However, I'd also rule that that Super Defense would be less effective at blocking single target Super Attacks. Just as I'd rule that an Area Attack Super Attack would be less damaging than a single target Super Attack.

So like, the example moves showcase one in which Vegeta teleports out of harms way. How many could teleport with him under each variation of tier? I'm asking cause I would work the numbers into the special moves themselves.
