[Npc](Open ) A tale of the would be hero ( M )

After taking another hour or so to rest the so called hero stood gathering his bag and his weapons , making his way north in the direction of the mountains . If this map was right then those bandit types had a hide out up there , he could not wait to see just what they had for the taking . Though his leg and shoulder burned from taking some pretty nasty hits he kept walking , the sun beating down on his head . 

It would be another hour on foot until he reached his destination , spotting a guard outside he fell back to reload his weapons . This time perhaps a more quiet approach would do him some good , drawing his sword he moved closer . Getting the drop on the overly muscular thug , cutting their neck before they could alert anyone inside . 

Once he took their weapons which consisted of a few knives , he cautiously made his way into the cave . It was simply one massive enclosure , no doors or anything special like that at first glance . With what seemed to be a birdcage , with a white blanket over it . As well as a massive treasure chest that seemed to have decorative patterns on it . 

He went to that first , finding the key did not work on the lock . Having to force the old wooden chest open , inside all he found was some odd junk from caravans they raided . Silks , spices , things that would have value to a trader or a fence , but nothing he could make use of .

He let out a slightly annoyed huff deciding to check the cage next , pulling the blanket from it to the ground beneath his feet .

He let out a low gasp when inside this cage was a young girl , she could not have been more then ten with hair of crimson . Her eyes were a striking emerald green , she was bound and her mouth stuffed with a gag to keep her from speaking . He was quick to force the key into the cage and pop the door open .

" What the actual hell were they planning on doing with a little kid ?? , seriously people out here are majorly fucked up . Christ kid let me get you free of all that "

The next fifteen seconds were a blur to him , once freed what he thought was a little girl had punched him clean through a cave wall . Called him thirty kinds of a pervert , and proceeded to try and run off only to find she was exhausted and hungry .

" Great now I am stuck here with this bandit leader pervert ... "

" I ain't with them , actually I killed them . I saw you were in danger and even freed you , besides I ain't a pervert " 

Her delivery was deadpan and serious , her eyes rolling slightly 

" Even better a pervert who kills bandits "

" I am not a .. "

" Total pervert .. I mean you are practically staring at me right now " 

He sighed out loud shaking his head softly , having a feeling this was going to be a long day
