Heaven's Wheel: Spark allows the wearer to use this heat and gather it into flames that can be unleashed to heavily empower the user's physical strikes. Since the technique uses friction heat from movement, the user cannot fire it if they have been immobile for more than 5 seconds.

I was left a little confused on this one part, since while it does say it's empowering your physical strikes... in what way and how long?
Does it give you one really strong punch or a few seconds of extra-flamey punching, for instance?

Huh, I thought I included the "three strikes" thing... Ok. Each usage of the technique allows the user to "heavily empower" their next 3 physical strikes with flamesplosions. Basically it's a move with a charge time but with the drawback of having to move/have recently moved at certain speeds for long enough instead of standing still for a set amount of time.
