[NPC] When time stands still

She sighed again.

"How can one speak such truths and yet beautiful lies at the same time?" The princess blurted out, puzzling the emotionless girl.

She took a long silent moment, just taking a big breath. As soon as she expelled a lung full of air, she regained her smile. She jumped to her feet.

"I have something for you." She walked over to flashy little jewelry case besides her bed. She reached into it and pulled something out. She walked over to Mina. "Open your hand."

Mina loyally extended her palm upon command. The princess placed something within it.

It was a gold necklace, a round chain connected to three heart cut gems.

"I can't take this milady."

"No, you deserve it."

"But what I do to deserve such and honor?"

"What you said must have not been easy to say." She said, she pushed Mina's hand closed. "Just take it, I want you to have it!"

With that, she walked passed the guard, making her way to the door. Before she made her way out of the room, she turned on the spot.

"Oh yeah, and don't worry about me on the date. I'm fully prepared. You know how I am when I have time to prepare!"

And with that, she dissapeared down the hallway.
