[NPC] When time stands still

The guardlady was met with only silence coming from the other side of the door.

"Milady?" She asked. Concerned, she cracked open the door and peeked throught.

Princess Bonbon Sunshine was sitting on a stool beside a castle window, looking off into the town throught the drapes. She seemed lost in thought, completely unaware of the guard's presence. Mina slowly creaked open the door and took a few steps in.

"Milady? Are you okay?"

Bonbon shook, her head darted towards Mina who was taken aback by the sudden response from her princess.

"Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean to intrude, I was worried-"

"It's fine it's fine, you just startle me is all." Bonbon said. "What is it you needed... Mina was it?"

"I wanted to search for possible evils miss."

"Ah yes, go ahead."

Mina started searching the room: looking under the bed, checking the dresser, everywhere. As she did, she couldn't help be distracted by her princess who had returned to wistfully looking out the window. After several unbearable minutes in silence, the princess finally spoke up.

"How did it go?" She asked.

"How'd what go?" Mina responded.

"The date."

After a brief, stunned silence, Mina finally asked:

"How did you know?"

"Someone pointed out you signed up for oHarmony recently," stated Bonbon casually, "And I sensed you phone dating with someone on the otherside of the wall, so yeah, give me the details if it's not intruding."
