"W-woah!!!" yelled Ash coming through the gateway, face planting to the ground. He looks up from the ground and sees the landscape that surrounded him. A field of tall grass he has landed in but the height of the plants was up to his knees. The sky was gloomy surrounded with clouds barely having any sunlight shining. Off in the distance was a forest what seems to be dead trees taking up the land and nothing living can be seen only despair. Crows fly over Ash, cawing to one and another then eventually landing ten yards away from the boomstick wielder. Ash spits out a bit dirt that ended up in his mouth from the hard landing then stumbles a bit to stand up in the middle of the field.
"Where in the hell?" muttered Ash under his breath, confused by what just happened. Wind starts softly blowing on the field moving the grass back and forth, making the newcomer feel the cool breeze. The temperature wasn't too cold or humid but felt alright to be wearing short sleeves or even shorts. Ash made his way by trying to walk through the tall grass which made him have to take big steps. A flock of Crows got startled from Ash's movement making them fly off in a panic with a bunch of racket.
The field was on smooth hill easy to walk down on which below was were the dead forest sits at. It took seven minutes for Ash to get down from the hill and stand at where the forest is at. He inhales a deep breath and says "Well ]this looks welcoming." What gave off a creepy factor of the forest in fact was the dead silence with no sign of anything. "Alrighty Ash, no turning back now. That might've been the only thing we can find in the empty world." said Ash to himself then starts to enter the forest.
As deeper Ash got into the forest, the more darker the environment was becoming due to the amount of trees blocking the sky. The only sound that was coming out of the woods was Ash's footsteps he was making since the ground is mostly covered in dead leaves and some branches. His mind was focusing on keeping an eye out on something since after all it's a creepy forest. A howl of a wolf is heard off in the distance letting Ash know that wolves are present in this forest.
"Oh great, just when I was thinking I could be all alone." said Ash reacting to the noise he just heard. A gust of wind blew above the trees causing the branches to rattle a bit making some dead leaves fall off. Ten minutes in on Ash's journey through the dead forest, nothing much hasn't change with scenery around just more trees that are lifeless. Ash's stomach starts to groan a bit making him hungry and follows up saying "That long nap I took is starting to make me want a meal right about now."
