oh, you updated this (please bump the thread in the future so that I know when you've updated it).
Grappling Hook - What is the downside to this move? IT can grapple opponents, but it mentions nothing of a downside other than its max range (which isn't a very applicable downside). Can an enemy, pull Carolina towards them if they grab hold of the grappling hook/rope?
