“Excuse me, can I pet you?”
When I came to focus, there was a small kind of creature in front of me. It stood on two legs, it had pinkish skin and blond hair. It wore a pink dress over its body. It was looking up at me with big green eyes.
“What?” Was the only words out of my muzzle.
“Can I pet you?” It asked again.
“I guess?”
The little creature slowly moved towards me. It was now I noticed the thing had claws like Spike, but unlike Spike, its digits were were nubby and rounded. It touched it’s claws on me, feeling the short fur on my chest.
“What is your name?” It asked.
“Twilight Sparkle.” I responded.
“That’s pretty.”
It continued to fluff up the fur on my chest. I never thought it to be that pleasing to the touch, at least Spike never told me it was.
“I’m sorry to ask, but what are you?” I inquired.
It shot a look at me. It took a few seconds to respond as it just stared at me for the longest time.
“I’m a human.”
“Well! I’ve never seen a human before!”
“Never seen a human before? But they are all around you.”
It was now that I finally took note of my location. I was in an entire city of humans. I admittedly had a panic attack on the spot.
“Wha-wha what am I doing here? What is this place?”
I took off into the air. The gust from my launch sent the little human toppling backwards. I flew up one hundred feet into the air to survey the landscape.
Below me was a large stone brick city, just crawling with these human creatures.
“How did I get here?”
I tried to recall where I had been last. All I could remember was being in the castle, reading a good book in the library. I don’t even remember getting transported here. Maybe I’m dreaming?
I try to figure out where I am. I fly outside the boundaries of the human city, into the sprawling green hills of this strange new world. Questions kept circulating in my head. It certainly didn’t feel like a dream. Why was I here? How did I get here? What is this place? But it was a while after leaving the city that I would get an answer.
“Sombra!” I yelled out.
The large intimidating stallion was just trotting in the middle of the field. I thought the crystal heart had destroyed him, apparently he survived.
I landed in front of him.
“King Sombra, so you are behind this! Why did you kidnap me to such a place? Is this part of a plot to get revenge on me?”
