1) Omni – 1,000,000– In case any of you have forgotten, this guy has trapped us in a prison of his own design. 

2) Emperor Palpatine – 100,000 – Credit where credit is due, The Empire are the undisputed powerhouse in the Omniverse right now. No idea what he did to get it that way, but it can’t have been anything good. 

3) Count Dracula – 95,000 – Have you seen his castle? Super creepy.

4) Judge Dredd – 74,980 – I heard he killed a puppy once, because there were no dogs allowed. That’s classic.

5) King Koopa – 63,312 – This guy! This guy! I love it! Seriously. He’s got an army of killer turtles and the will to use ‘em. Watch this space!

6) King Aragorn – 62,201 – Personally, I find Camelot boring. But he’s power #2 so I guess he deserves a decent starting rank. 

7) Wartortle – 60,111 – Some sort of turtle terrorist? Sounds like a wannabe King Koopa to me, but he got a lot of write-in votes. Mostly in crayon, but still. See how fair I am?!

8) Triel Baenre – 49,922 – I kind of wanted to put the Terrasque here, but it is dead? And probably not sentient anyway? Rumour is this lady had something to do with it. If she can control giant death machines she deserves a decent rank. Confirm it to move up, Baenre!

9) Doctor Gero – 49,850 – There were a lot of rumours about this guy too. Mostly though, he seems pretty behind-the-scenes. He’s going to have to step up if he wants a higher placing.

10) Andrew Ryan – 45,583 – He’s a rich guy. Rich guys are evil.

11) Karl Jak – 43,312 – Surprisingly difficult to find out much about this guy, but he’s also rich – see ‘Andrew Ryan’ for more details.

12) Princess Bonbon Sunshine – 42,211 – Would be higher, but she pissed me off. Still. Blowing up orc babies. Gotta give her points for that. 

13) Ballad – 39,110 – He’s killed a whole bunch of people. Like, a lot. Both factions gunning for him and still not dead? Nice.

14) Doomguy – 38,000 – His name is Doomguy.

15) Mysterio – 37,412 – This guy is a class act. I eagerly await more.

16) Scarecrow – 35,602 – Well, you can’t deny his spirit. He’s trying, bless him. 

17) Guu – 21,122 – She annoyed a little kid. HAH!

18) Chara – 18,023 – I’m not sure about her. She seems dangerous, but she could just be crazy. Wait and see I guess.

19) Gildarts – 15,322 – Highest body count on the bounty board. It is a testament to how lame you guys are that just ‘killing people’ is enough to place this high.

20) Warren Zimmer – 12,211 – Have you heard? This guy is trying to start a war! Come back when you’ve done it. 

21) Joe – 11,103 - He’s kind of a dick.

22) Diablo – 6,666 – This guy was supposed to be some sort of big deal, but guess what, you don’t get many points when you are dead and irrelevant.
