If you want to have a video feed from your minions (bought as an assist) does that require any powers?

I thought it might need Telepathy but that is specifically only short range. It may not even be possible in the Omniverse?

(Specifically, Dominator may soon be buying some DomBots as an assist and as secondaries to probe out the defences on a place - if she can't get data back from them without needing to be right there, though, there's no point in attempting that strategy!)
