Is she messing with her? She no longer has the omnipotence to tell. She decided to laugh along.
Her laugh sounds more like an alarm composed of laughter instead of a real laugh. She stops herself by shifting a fake snooze button on to her forehead and hitting it.
After a moment of silence. She speaks again.
"Who are you?"
