I'd be down for that! I think it would provide some nice scope, as the far-flung power struggles between primes would seem a little more powerful when most of the people are just worrying about standard survival stuff.
I would personally vote for either Vasty Deeps or Camelot. Those locals would skew us away from random monster rampages and more towards interactions with a powerful faction being the main fear, which I think would provide us with more intrigue and other such goodies to write about.
I don't have any strong preference for positions, although if we do go Vasty deeps, I have a few secondaries in Coasta del Sol that would love to be more independent of Imperial influence. (In which case they would be the Inn-keeper and Co.)
