Fireball: How fast does this move? Can it be used while moving? Does it require concentration to charge? Can this be used with other moves? You can also decrease the cast time by a good deal on this one as well if you’d like. Even a few seconds it pretty fair if its moderate drain and medium power.
My moves seem to be a rather frustrating and the one hold up , I will fix them now and let you get back to it . Editing main post
