Vision and Blink:
The hangar-bay you've found yourselves is home to a variety of of armored vehicles in varying states of repair - and disrepair - presumably used for sorties through the portal. In fact, in addition to whatever Marines emerge from the woodwork, you'll need to contend with one if you want to get through this gate! Have fun with it - Nebula's hardware is not always a product of the most subtle mechanical engineering - and feel free to use outside-the-box solutions.
Jaco and Cole:
You guys are facing a semi-constant influx of pirates and corrupted marines. Are you going to try and hold the bridge - perhaps run the ship aground? - or maybe make for fire-control and try to see if you can't cause something unfortunate to happen with the ships guns? You've got options, but you're also under some pressure - the consoles should be letting you guys know that there's a fire in engineering, and that boilers 1 and 2 are becoming dangerously overheated.
Cloud: Your path is more or less clear, and if you continue on your way you should find an access hatch leading to where you want to go. Expect token resistance - and possible explosions, depending on how the fight in the portal-room goes. Should your path cross Proto-Man's...
Proto-Man:
Your new friends have brought a variety of heavy weapons to the party, and they use them with skill. For reasons beyond our ken, one of them has a claymore (the sword, not the mine). That being said, its likely that this fight is going to be interrupted by an explosion - or possibly by Cloud, depending on how you guys want to take this.
