Even though he was under-armed due to his gauntlet not being fully functional it was his duty to help out the heroes however he could. Given he was a good guy Hal expected this at some point anyway. Really a battle like this should come as second nature for him. "I'm getting ready..." Powering the Green Energy of Will into the Gauntlet, Hal began to think of what he could do in combat. The Laser Cannon was too big an option and had too much destructive potential plus he didn't feel like putting out that much will power early on. Only one option remained, a Plasma Burst. For fifteen seconds Hal remained entirely still as he concentrated the energies of will into the gauntlet. Accompanying Cap the moment he could move, he'd shot a Plasma Burst at a guy who was coming up from behind Captain America to attack him. But he knew he'd have to recharge that power. "My powers are still limited Captain."
