It was also part of the truth that Warren would hunt down the clones later on and make them suffer discipline once he gathered a crew of those with like minds. Sure he may not be an established villain here yet but he knew if he were to gather enough villains he could be a formidable force. There had to be some sort of society or organization of the villains that he could later join up with and use to further his future. "So what about you? Why do you want them to train you so bad?
