Character name: Lord Dominator
Character source: Wander Over Yonder
Character history: Lord Dominator was born one-of-a-kind, the last child of a destroyed species in a galaxy built on continual destruction and warfare. There really was only one choice as far as she could see it - to be the greatest villain in the galaxy, climb to the top of the Galactic Villain Leaderboard and, of course... destroy them all. That would be her magnum opus, the destruction of the entire galaxy after working out how to break the spirit of each and every one.
For years, Dominator built up the forces she would need. She designed her terrifying armour based on the then-number-one villain in the galaxy, but bigger and scarier. She unlocked the secrets of Volcanium X - a rare power source found in the centre of some planets - and used those secrets to build The Dominator; an incredibly powerful warship, staffed by Dominator Robots (or DomBots) powerful enough to easily brush aside the armies of any other villain.
In other words, she ground out her advancement until she was way over-levelled.
And to top it off, she watched her potential rivals from afar. Using her Dominator Probes, she studied them and made sure she knew just how to get under their skin (when they had skin; when they didn't, she learned how to get underneath their carapace or other relevant external covering). She had always been alone, and what she saw confirmed her long-held suspicions; that friendship was a relationship in which one person utterly dominated and controlled another; that the galaxy was full of 'dorks' and 'idiots'; that there was, in short, no amusement to be found in anything other than messing with them.
Which is exactly what she did.
When she made her debut on the galactic stage, it wasn't subtle. She smashed the current number one right away, and sent the Galactic Villain Leaderboard into all-out panic. Unlike many of her contemporaries, she didn't seek to conquer or enslave; she sought only to destroy, and that alone was enough to terrify the galactic population.
Due to her armour, most individuals had assumed that she was in fact male - that was, after all, part of the point - and the death and destruction which followed in her wake was interrupted only when, due to the careful manipulation of the tiny alien Wander, a massive Battle Royale between all the villains in the Galactic Villain Leaderboard was instigated by a so-called 'Ring of Invincibility'.
Lord Dominator was the only villain not tricked by this; her ship ascertained the truth (that the ring was made of candy) fairly immediately, but she did want to engage in an all-out Battle Royale and assert her Dominance beyond any reasonable doubt. So she took part.
The fight was intense, but she was handily winning until Lord Hater summoned up all his power and managed to land a blow that knocked off her helmet ... revealing the fact that she is, in fact, a woman.
At that point, he was so stunned it was the easiest thing in the world to let the armour melt away, tease him, and then shove him off a cliff and take the ring for herself.
She was still chuckling about it when she was grabbed by Omni - a turn of events which has really enraged her. Without her ship and army, she doesn't have the power she built up over decades. She has her armour, but even that is mostly just thick metal and the tiny amount of Volcanium X she has been able to transmute from Omnium.
She's going to have to start over again.

(OOC Note: I've had to do a lot of inferring from comments given by Dominator in the last episodes of Season 2. She doesn't really talk about her background much, so, I hope that's cool?)
Physical Description:
Standing at an impressive six and a half feet tall, the green-skinned alien beauty is dressed in the latest galactic overlord chic. The heavy black metal helmet she wears has two prominent golden horns - stylized like lightning bolts - sprouting from the top, adding both a dastardly silhouette and an extra foot and a half of height to her presence. A simple, ugly black spike between them has... darker connotations.
The helm itself is open-faced, allowing would-be supplicants to view wide, beautiful pink eyes - each rimmed with mascara which, due to her body's heightened temperature, is usually running at least a little bit. She has no nose, but the flat expanse of skin is lightly freckled with darker green spots, and the woman's full lips are smeared thickly with dark black lipstick. It is difficult to get an exact approximation of her age, but she's certainly an adult; probably in her mid to late twenties?
A hint of brilliant white hair is allowed to trail from the bottom of the helmet over the shoulderpads of her outfit. Each pad is decorated with sharp, wickedly-pointed spikes, three of them to each shoulder. A tight-fitting black babydoll t-shirt has a bloody, tattered red heart symbol on both the front and back - her insignia of sorts - and leaves her stomach bare.
Slung around her hips is a long black skirt, slits in each side baring her legs which are long, shapely and powerful - and it is only the last final detail of her outfit which undermines that image at all. A pair of simple sports socks are pulled up to her knee, and the woman apparently favours... converse sneakers? Well, they might not ooze terror, but one can hardly deny their practicality!

Alternate Form (Armoured Mode - Atk 3, Def 4, Spd 1, Tec 2) (2000) - Lord Dominator's 'battle form' greatly augments her physical capabilities at the expense of some manoeuvrability. She gains a full foot of height (bringing her to 7'6), and is clad entirely in dark black metal. The Armour also gives her the power to control magma, and allows her to stretch her arms (represented by her 'elasticity' power) - which are made of magma in this form.
