The power the individual had came from an external source. This reminded Warren of the NFL-R he wore that gave him his suit and powers. But it was clearly more advanced to be able to store all that circuitry inside a ring. This... warranted studying the technology. "Your ring is a very interesting piece of science. In all my journeys I've never come across anything like it. How does it work?" If Warren could learn how the ring worked perhaps he could make one in his own colors that used a different power source. It wasn't stealing if you improved upon the weapon of someone else and made it your own. Besides that Warren would be happy to have a new toy in his arsenal. "Does it have any weaknesses?"
