After another final, tension-laden moment, he releases a concentrated beam of energy with devastating consequences for those silly enough to be hit. Seventeen can opt to do this move quickly or slowly, and he can also shout the name of the attack. Whatever theatrics he does, the attack's potent force remains the same.
