You're missing a stat
Shield Throw - You need to state how far Cap can throw his shield.
Charging Star - I'm assuming that you're using burst movement with this, if so, please list it as a requirement.
Super Move - Even on a super move, A debuff that lasts for a minute is too long, please lower the time significantly.
You've spent too much OM. You only get the starting 5K but you've spent 5300.
