Flower Shooting: What’s the damage on this, roughly? Is there a cast time? Is this fire and forget, or does she need to maintain concentration to keep it going? How draining is this? Can it be used with other moves?

This is her form of a "basic attack", and hence getting hit by one or two of the bullets would be roughly equivalent to being punched with equivalent strength and windup time. While this attack itself doesn't require all of her concentration beyond the first casting, it would drain her attention enough to distract her from casting anything else, hence it's not able to be used with anything else. It takes about as much out of her as anything else for an out of shape, middle aged lady.

Master Spark: This looks good, but are you sure you want the spread to be 60 feet across? The damage would be very dilute over most of the range with that wide of coverage.

Well, with an 8 second cast time and not being able to redirect the aim I was worried more about if she'd ever hit the thing with a smaller width. And it does take up almost the whole screen in the game... Regardless I was tired and you made me realize I wrote radius when I meant diameter. Edited that.
