Circle of Protection: Good concept, again, but needs more details.
-- How long does it take to summon the circle of protection?
-- How big is the circle?
-- What is the appearance of the circle? Assuming it's some sort of shield or ring of glowing runes or the like?
-- How strong is the protection it offers?
-- Can it be broken by a strong enough attack, or enough repeated hits?
-- How long can he maintain concentration on it?
-- How draining is it to maintain?
-- You say he can summon it around others, does that mean at range, like around his allies and such? That would probably require Ranged Materialize Proficiency if so, unless you mean he can just summon a circle around himself big enough to include others.
