Tegan. Ex-Knight of Camelot. Now a cannibal in the Dunes. Still carries himself like a true knight, hiding his hunger for power. Long greasy hair slicked back. Gives off two completely different vibes depending on his mood. He's a Secondary but eventually be a nemesis of Eon's (been working up to that)
