depends on his mood and feelings at the time, but odds are a group of his enemies dancing on hot coals would suffice.

Oh, I'm afraid not even my writer is allowed to spoil the fun so early.

The eternal domination of the horde across the infinite worlds, all united under his command

I daresay Raal doesn't need to lift a finger to survive. it takes far more than zombies to pierce the spire.

Raal is not a sportsman. if he were introduced to them, he might appreciate Football's strategem but overall lose interest quickly.
it's more training than an actual sport, but the closest Raal gets is a general appreciation of the art of archery.
What superhero would your character compare to the most?
Dr. Strange I guess.
Is your character a villain or a hero? Or Krillin?
Given he has killed off an entire dwarf village?
Heroic. committed to doing services for the betterment of the omniverse.

using it's energies to fuel his next spell. ghosts are no foreign thing to him.
