The next morning in the Fields, Amber had set out to discover what this world had to offer for her. There was so much through only one gate and she could only imagine what was on the other side of all the other ones. The cold air disappeared as she stepped back into the familiar Nexus, where she met her psychic rival. Although, she didn't come back to remember the past: She had a mission to complete. "Gathering information on this world, or universe, I guess. Why not just make another random trip? I'm not heading anywhere specific, so it's a good option."
Amber counted the gates that she could see from the Frozen Field's gate. "Seven. Alright, let’s just choose one at random." She mumbled to herself. After pondering which one she should head towards, she took off in the randomly selected direction of her choice. After sprinting for awhile, avoiding the other crazy people and creatures that roamed the Nexus. Amber winded up in the Tangled Green. A big forest? It stretched pretty far. Though, off in the distance, there was something strange that Amber couldn't make out at first, or was it just that she didn't believe something like that would be in a forest? It was another portal. How many of these blasted things existed? It was definitely worth investigating, though.
More constant running, only now through trees. Amber was tired, but somewhat excited oddly. It was a whole new world around her and she loved to explore. Though this gate didn't seem like the others, these people were signing up for something here. Her curiosity getting the better of her, she approached the gate where the sign-ups were. After being explained what was going on, Amber quickly decided to join in on this. She wanted to learn more about the new universe she lived in and it was obvious this gate wouldn't stick around here long.
After stepping through the gate, Amber just boarded the plane. There were more people here than she had expected. No matter! This was for the adventure and she wouldn't allow her timid nature to stop her from going. She took her seat observed the other people heading to this island that was mentioned in the sign-ups. Too bad the way of travel had to be a plane. Amber had ridden in the hover crafts in her world of Remnant, but she never liked being up too high. The fact that people were up and walking around on the plane didn't help her nervous state either. The cat-girl sat quietly, closing the shade on the window that she next to and just tried to relax as the plane took off.

"I've been neglected, harassed, beaten, and diminished all my life. What motivates me to continue? The glory of proving people wrong. Being worth more than the numbing existence offered me. To be a hero." - Amber
