Both ideas sound great! I could picture C.o.d.e. doing a fair amount of stuff in the Dataverse, perhaps. As for Arceus, you'll obviously be having the trouble that he's going to be enormously weakened as a Prime, compared to his godly powers as a Pokemon. But, that could precisely be a nice idea to build a storyline around - Arceus getting used to a weaker, more mortal self.
