Character Change: Pinkie Pie to Frisk

I removed Insight from powers and rewrote ACT accordingly. Just made it clear that the move doesn't allow Frisk knowledge she couldn't possibly have.

Not sure why I thought I needed insight. I blame sleep deprivation. xD
