I stood there bewildered by what I just saw. He thinks I hate him...? N-No not at all I-I don't... But... He can't know why I dislike him so. I walked towards Yukki and picked him up slumping him over my shoulder and walking to the nearest shelter I could find.. I sighed my arm getting tired already from his weight. Truth be told I'm not exactly strong as I am calculated and fast. However, I must press on, for his sake at least.
As I continued walking a group of thugs with knives and guns looked at me carrying this half dead man with me. The burly man from earlier was with them he now had his own gun aimed at me ready to shoot at any moment. "Well, well, well, if it isn't the little shit that nearly killed me... Glad to meet you again." He grinned a toothy grin all his teeth were either yellow or not there. I sighed getting pretty fed up with all the shit I'd been through today. "Oh come on, look I have better things to do than to play with you kids... I suggest you move on... Now." I say sternly my eyes gazing angrily at the man before me.
I could sense a bit of fear from him the way he looked away a little but then regained his new found confidence and laughed. "Pah, you may be able to take me on, but you won't be able to take on all of my friends at once." He laughed again keeping the gun right at my face. I gritted my teeth. "Fine, want to do it the hard way then? Let's dance lad." I said lunging forward my blades extended and I stabbed him in the neck he dropped dead and lied there not moving.
One of his friends grabbed shot at me hitting me in the lower abdomen.
I groaned a little but kept fight and lunged at two of them stabbing them in the chest at the same time twist my blade before pushing them aside. Now there were only three left. I could easily take them on now. They only had short viroblades which they seemed to be not very skilled with. One lunged at me and I quickly deflected it with my hidden blade and slashed at them cutting they're chest some but not killing them.
He tried to lunge again this time I stabbed him in the neck before he got near me but one of his friends slashed at my back cutting me pretty badly.
I fell back a little my back searing and now some blood leaking off my body. I then looked at the man who had slashed at me and stabbed him right in the chest and cut all the way up to his throat and then pushing him to the ground where he lied, a pool of blood forming around his body.
The other one got me real good this time and cut me really deep.
I groaned again this time being beyond angry I lunged fast but a bit more sloppily this time and stabbed him in the neck and I stabbed him continuously for a good 30 seconds, I limped over to Yukki who still lied there unconscious. I picked him up but cried out loudly in pain as his body pressed against my wounds.
H-Have to keep... Moving... I slowly began to walk to a nearby building that I saw that showed no signs of life. I quickly kicked open the door and saw a few floor mattresses that had no one occupying them I layed Yukki down down slowly as to noy hurt him any further. I saw blood dripping from my body I I grabbed a cloth rag from the end of a wooden table and wrapped around one of my wounds. It will have to do for now... I sighed and then leaned against the wall and slowly drifted off into a slumber.
